Al Tahaluf Al Akhdar Contracting Company is one of the leading companies in the field of waterproofing and thermal insulation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It was established to provide advanced and innovative solutions to protect buildings from water leakage and harmful weather conditions.

2018
Founding — The First Step

Eng. Abdullah Al-Tamimi founded the company with modest capital and a team of 8 engineers in Riyadh. The dream was large, the challenges larger, but the determination was largest of all.

First Major Commercial Project

We secured a contract to build a SAR 45M commercial complex in the Al-Olaya district. This project was the turning point that proved our ability to handle large-scale work.

Expansion to Jeddah & Dammam

We opened two offices in Jeddah and Dammam, growing our team to 120 employees. We obtained ISO 9001 certification for quality management systems.

Finishing & Furniture Division

We launched a full division for interior finishing and furniture, making AGC a complete partner from foundation to final touch. This division represented 35% of our revenue in its first two years.

Vision 2030 Projects

We officially joined as an approved contractor for Saudi Vision 2030 projects. We executed 3 major projects in NEOM and Riyadh totaling over SAR 380M.
